Is the CloudJourney Kids Travel Bed allowed on airplanes?
Yes! The CloudJourney Kids Travel Bed is designed for use during the cruise portion of your flight or train journey—not during take‑off or landing. For peace of mind, you can contact your airline’s customer service line in advance to let them know you plan to use the product inflight.
For best seating arrangements, we recommend booking your child in a window seat so they don’t block anyone’s exit. On aircraft with two aisles, the bed may also be used in the center seats of a middle row, and it is suitable for bulkhead seats with bassinets as well.
The CloudJourney Kids Travel Bed does not require FAA approval since it is classified as a comfort device, but it fully meets the International Air Transport Association (IATA) guidelines for inflight comfort. It is carefully designed so it does not block access to electrical equipment or life vests under seats, and it features a pressure release valve for safety in the rare event of cabin pressure loss.
What age is this travel bed suitable for?
Designed for kids under 120 cm tall and weighing up to 45 kg, ensuring optimal comfort and support.
For safety reasons, we do not recommend using the CloudyJourney Kids Travel Bed for babies under 12 months old.
The product is intended for toddlers and young children who can sit independently and adjust their sleeping position.
Does it fits standard airline seats?
Yes. The CloudJourney Kids Travel Bed is designed to fit most standard economy airline seats. it sits securely within the seat area to help create a more comfortable sleeping space for your child.
Airline policies can vary, so we always recommend checking your airline's guidelines and reviewing our usage guide before flying.
Will it affect the seat in front?
No, the bed is compact and inflates quietly. It does not pull on the seat in front. If the passenger ahead reclines, the bed adjusts to the available space. You can also release a little air pressure if needed.
How long does it take to inflate?
The ClourJourney Kids Travel Bed auto-inflates in just 50 seconds. Simply yurn it on and let it inflate - no manual pumping required. Deflating and packing it away is just as quick, making it easy to use during travel.
Is it safe for children to use during flights?
Yes. The bed is designed with a pressure‑release valve and allows seats to recline normally. Parents should always supervise children while in use.
Is it easy to carry while travelling?
It’s lightweight, folds down small, and fits easily into carry‑on luggage.
Where can it be used?
The bed works on airplanes, trains, cars and even in hotels — making it versatile for family travel.
Order & Delivery
How do I pay for my order?
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
What are the shipping fees and timelines?
A flat‑rate shipping fee of USD 20 is charged at checkout for express courier delivery. Orders are delivered within 8–15 business days worldwide. Free shipping is available for orders over USD 150.
Will customs or taxes apply?
Shipments to most major destinations (US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, EU countries, Norway, Japan, South Korea, Singapore) are generally duty‑free. For other countries, customs fees may apply, and clearance can sometimes delay delivery.
How to track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Please note that tracking details may take 48–72 hours to update. Even if the link has not yet shown movement, your package is already on its way once it leaves our warehouse.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Email hello@archerandelm.com as soon as possible. If we can intercept your order before shipping, a USD 10 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow the returns process after delivery.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to update it.
Returns & Refund
What is your return policy?
We sincerely hope you are completely satisfied with your new purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, you may return the item within 14 days of purchase in its original condition (as received upon delivery).
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be brand new and unused and unopened, in perfect condition with no damage.
- Include all original packaging, labels, tags, and components.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
Please note: any item that has been used does not qualify for return or exchange and will be sent back to you.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are only offered for items with manufacturer defects. Contact hello@archerandelm.com for next steps.
How are refunds processed?
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email. Approved refunds are processed within 20 business days to your original payment method.
Are rental products eligible for returns or exchanges?
No. Products rented out are not eligible, as purchase dates cannot be verified
What about shipping costs for returns?
Returns use a prepaid label, but a USD 40 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery, courier “return to sender” fees will also be deducted.
